Australian Orders:
The postage and handling charge for parcels sent within Australia is $9.00 flat rate.Please allow up to 7-10 working days delivery time for standard parcels. Parcels will require signature upon delivery so please make sure you provide a daytime delivery address. Lush Cosmetics cannot be responsible for loss or stolen goods due to incorrect address or incorrectly signed parcels.
^Overseas Orders:
Note: Due to our past experiences with lost international parcels, we have upgraded our international freight service to ensure that the parcel gets to you securely - all the parcels are now fully insured.
The postage and handling charge for parcels outside of Australia are $35.00 for up to 1.5 kg and $45.00 for up to 3.5 kg for Asia Pacific Region and $45 up to 1.5kg and $79.00 up to 3.5kg for the rest of the world. These are fully insured parcels and have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the country.
If you would like a parcel more than 3.5kg, please be sure to include your contact email address and phone number with your order so we can contact you once we have calculated the weight and postage costs for your parcel.

Due to strict customs and security regulations, your parcel may be opened and checked on its way out to Australia or upon entry into your country. Lush Cosmetics ensure that all parcels are packed using ample packaging and customs declarations are filled out correctly.
