Mo raised one eyebrow and said “Well I might have something here.” She whipped the cover off a soap container and a tantalising scent filled the room. But what was this? Not just vanilla! Coffee as well. Oh my goodness, if we could bottle and sell the delight in the room, there’d be world peace. Most vanilla soaps are just a boring old bar which smell as if they’ve had a drop of essence put in as an afterthought. Ours has real vanilla pods, from the vanilla orchid, dried, crushed and fragrant – the black streaks on top. We’ve stirred in ground coffee to give you a bit of a scrub. The scent? Vanilla, with a dash of coconut and tonka, since you ask. It’s like washing with a dream dessert: quadruple espresso and a top quality Italian ice cream.
