Fresh melons, avocados, soya milk and yogurt provide your locks with vitamins and proteins in their natural form (not some wibbling synthetic version). It’s way too strong for some, so if your hair is in reasonably good condition don’t let the refreshing scent of violets and oranges tempt you; fine hair might be swamped by it. On the other hand, if your hair is in a sorry state of repair, Retread will restore it to health and happiness. It is so rich that it’s too thick to pour so we’ve put it in a pot. Scoop out a handful and plaster it over badly ruined hair.
